Position Description:
Servers are responsible for providing guests with the necessary information to make excellent food and beverage selections. This is done through suggestive selling and strong menu knowledge. You will present ordered items while maintaining a fun dining experience and always having a high sense of urgency.

Major Areas of Responsibility:

• Extend a welcoming greeting to all guests providing friendly assistance regarding food, beverage and bowling facility
• Effectively relay orders to the Kitchen and Bar via POS computer system
• Deliver food and drinks to any and all tables/lanes
• Serve alcohol responsibly and in accordance with all state and federal laws
• Diligently maintain a clean and organized work area by completing opening, running, and closing side work
• Proactively assist with all guest needs
• Recognize and willingly assist teammates as needed
• Ensure departing guests are ecstatic and eager to return
• Provide assistance in other areas within the facility as directed by the management team

Job Requirements:

• Must be willing to work a variety of day, night, and weekend shifts
• Must be extremely friendly
• Able to work under pressure while multitasking
• Accurate cash and credit card handling skills
• Basic math as well as the ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language is necessary
• Must possess a positive service orientated attitude towards all guests and employees
• Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to teammates and guests, typically in a loud environment
• Must have the ability to lift objects frequently weighing up to twenty (20) pounds
