Eagle Parking has an immediate need for Part Time and Full Time customer service driven Valet Attendants. We are looking for employees who are dedicated to providing great customer service and professionalism, while making money and having fun!

Enthusiasm and a passion for customer service are key attributes that we are looking for in an Eagle employee as you will be the first level of interaction with our guests.

Valets are responsible for greeting guests, parking guest vehicles, retrieving guest vehicles, answering customer questions (giving directions), keeping area clean, etc. A flexible availability is a must as weekly schedules could vary to include days, nights, weekends or holidays.

Shifts are available for daytime and nights. Weekend availability is preferred. Applicants must have a valid driver's license with a driving record that meets our standards. Also must be able to speak, read, and write English fluently. Candidates are subject to a pre-employment background check.

Job Duties /Qualifications
The ideal candidate has customer service experience, exceptional communication skills, and enjoys working outdoors. We are looking for positive, upbeat individuals who understand the importance of great customer service. To become an integral part of the Eagle tam you will need:

* 18 years or older
* Must have a valid driver's license in the state in which you will be working (if you are an out-of-state college student, you must have a valid license in your state of residence)
* Pass a pre-employment background check including drug, MVR and criminal background check
* Ability to drive a manual transmission.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* The ability to work flexible hours, including holidays and weekends.
* Maintain a well groomed and professional appearance.
* Ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time and may be required to run an average of 5-10 miles per shift.
* Ensure safe and appropriate operation of guest vehicles
* Arrive to work prior to your scheduled shift, ready to work at the time scheduled
* Immediately report any incidents or claims to your supervisor

Financial Responsibility
* Request and collect relevant fees for use of service
* Assist in reconciling end of shift revenue against the ticket distribution with your supervisor
