Our kitchen staff must have at least 1 year experience on multiple stations in a full service kitchen. You must have knowledge of cooking procedures, safety and sanitation skills. All members of our culinary staff must be able to prepare and execute key components of a recipe and ensure quality of product and recipe accuracy. As a team member we support other cooks and staff as business needs demand. The task of lifting 25lbs or more, receiving deliveries and rotating stock are expected daily. You must be a TEAM PLAYER!
