We are seeking a Property Maintenance Coordinator for an opportunity at the Food Lion headquarters in Salisbury, NC. Explore the opportunity to work with a leader in the supermarket industry!

The Property Maintenance Coordinator ensures all leased locations are properly maintained as efficiently as possible pursuant to the guidelines of leasing terms.

As Property Maintenance Coordinator, you will:
  • Address and follow up on all maintenance and repair issues according to operational procedures and lease requirements in a timely manner.
  • Provide landlords with proper notice of maintenance issues.
  • Confirm completion of maintenance and repair issues with store managers and/or maintenance technicians prior to closing each work order.
  • Research and provide notice of default to landlord for maintenance issues not addressed pursuant to the lease guidelines.
  • Document information in store notes and repair codes in Store Services Software for future occurrences.
  • Review quotes to ensure each quote meets the scope of work.
  • Submit Vendor invoices for payment.
  • Assist landlords with request to complete maintenance issues.
  • Research and process customer complaints relative to landlord maintenance.
  • Enter work orders and address issues.
  • Research and enter work orders to support request for Landlord approval to make changes to the property.
  • Other tasks and projects as needed or assigned.


Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalency required
  • Minimum 1-3 years' administrative experience required
  • Property management and/or accounting experienced preferred
  • Computer proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Analytical skills
