Diesel Technician (Heavy Diesel) - Full-time / Part-time

Heavy Truck Diesel Technician:
* Servicing large heavy diesel engines including truck fleets, county buses and vehicles, heavy construction trucks.
* They need Experience with Electrical Diagnostics. Hooking up a truck to a computer and being able to diagnose problems electrically.
* They do not need to perform engine rebuild but would like someone with overhaul experience.
* Need experience with charging labor hours and quoting out specific jobs.
* Needs experience with everything under the hood of large diesel vehicles.
* They are really looking for somebody that can work in a team environment and very reliable.
* Williams is very big on dependability and showing up to work on time everyday.
* Candidates need experience ordering their own parts and working independently.

* Candidates need their own tools

** Experience that they ask about in interviews:
1: Have they ever used a Labor Guide that shows national average for billable hours per job item.
2: Front End Exp.
3: AC Exp
4: DOT safety feature knowledge
5: Replacing clutches.
6: They need Experience with Electrical Diagnostics. Hooking up a truck to a computer and being able to diagnose problems electrically.
