Job Purpose: Frontline Action Agent for the MAPCO Team! Positive interaction with customers and execution of MAPCO standards will drive sales and profitability.

• Ability to learn tasks from hands on training, online instruction, and using job aids.
• Attention to detail – all tasks are completed to standard and in a timely manner.

• Positive interaction with customers: “Welcome to MAPCO!”, “Thank You, See you tomorrow!”
• Friendly smile and eye contact when interacting with customers.
• Adhering to MAPCO, Federal, State, and local Health Department policies and codes.
• Maintaining MAPCO uniform and personal appearance standards.
• Performing routine cleaning and maintenance on equipment.
