COCKTAIL SERVERS:
MINIMUM of 2 years of Restaurant experience preferred
Advanced food and wine knowledge
Must have tableside Etiquette
Must be able to work varied shifts-including holidays & weekends
Great Communication Skills

TABC Certified

BARTENDERS:
Experience in a fast paced bar a must.
Experience using fresh ingredients a plus.
Customer service skills a must
Must have drink and wine knowledge

LINE COOKS/PREPS:
Setup station promptly, precisely and effectively.
Produce menu items according to recipe and line build standards following portion controls.
Properly use and maintain all equipment in the kitchen.
Organize prepped food items and properly store prepped items.
Positive team mentality and strong work ethic.
Maintain cleanliness of overall kitchen and detailed cleaning of line stations.
Deep cleaning and/or any special projects that may be assigned by KM or GM.
Ability and willingness to follow direction from lead line cooks, all kitchen managers and all front of house (FOH) managers.
Capable of working effectively in stressful environment.
Capable of working 10-12 hour shifts.
Food Handlers License preferred

BAKERY ASSOCIATE
Must be able to read and follow recipes, mixing, baking and finishing products according to Bread Winners' specifications.
Prepares and presents bakery products in an attractive fashion and according to Bread Winners' specifications.
Maintains Bread Winners' quality standards when handling and preparing bakery and catering orders.
Adheres and maintains knowledge of Bread Winner's policies, procedures and products offered, as well as product related information.
Promotes and follows food safety regulations
Performs all other duties as assigned

CATERING DRIVER
Primary tasks are catering related
Must be 18 years of age or older and posses a valid driver's license
Make safe, efficient and on time deliveries from Bread Winners location to customers
Provide friendly service and highest level of customer service to our customers
Responsible for upkeep of delivery vehicle and equipment
