Manpower, Inc. of SE Michigan is currently seeking a software engineer to work for our client in Ann Arbor, MI. The selected candidate will be responsible for writing, designing, maintaining, testing, and installing software to meet customer expectations. This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity with a global company offering a competitive salary commensurate with experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
* A bachelor's degree in computer science, physics, electrical engineering, or chemistry is required.
* Five (5) + years of experience in computer systems, systems analysis, program design, and coding application.
* Strong knowledge of RedHat Linux, SUSE Linux, language C, X-Windows, Motif programming, and real time process control.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills, strong technical writing skills, and excellent attention to detail.
* Must be able to travel both domestically and internationally.
