Staffing Specialist - Full-time / Part-time

We are in search of a professional individual to join our team as a Staffing Specialist. This position requires excellent customer service skills, outstanding communication - both written and verbal, and the ability to work in a deadline driven environment. Daily job duties would include, but wouldn't be limited to: interviewing and screening candidates, recruiting and placing candidates in open roles/positions, supporting and building client and associate relationships, and maintaining accurate employment documentation in adherence to government and corporate policies and procedures. The ideal candidate must be flexible, be able to multi-task in a fast pace and ever changing environment, effective verbal and written communication, and the ability to communicate and connect with people of all backgrounds.
