Estimator

Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Duties: Responsible for providing quantity take-offs, communicate with vendors to obtain pricing, assemble bids and send pricing out to general contractors, answer in-bound sales calls and follow-up on bid results. Qualifications: *Experience with AutoCad and QuickBooks preferred. *Construction background preferred. *Professional composure and strong organizational skills. *Ability to work in a fast paced environment. *Ability to multi-task. *Effective oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills. *Proficient computer skills including Internet and Email. *Ability to work in a team environment as well as individually.
