General Production

Location: Shelbyville, KY 1st and 2nd Shifts Available 10 hour Shifts: M-Th (OT on Friday) **PHYSICAL LABOR POSITION - Required to lift 45lbs on normal basis** Must Pass - Background and Drug screen * Performs line assembly and/or support operations to mass produce automotive parts in accordance with specifications. * Builds parts in a specified manner according to operator description sheets. * Bolts, clips, screws, or otherwise fastens parts together. * Operates torque guns, ergonomic arms, and other equipment to perform operations on assembly line. * Rotates to different workstations per rotation schedule as production needs require. * Attends and participates in regular plant and group meetings and activities. * Follows all applicable safety procedures and policies. * Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance at such level as is determined in the employer's sole discretion. * Must be regularly available and willing to work such hours daily as the employer determines are necessary or desirable to meet its business needs. Examples may include but are not limited to an 8 or 10 hour shift on either first or second shifts. * Must be available and willing to work such overtime per day or per week as the employer determines is necessary or desirable to meet its business needs. * Must be available and willing to work such weekends and holidays as the employer determines are necessary or desirable to meet its business needs. * Performs additional duties as assigned in support of plant functions.
