The Order Service Coordinator focuses on analysis and validation of incoming orders, identifies the appropriate office(s) and/or Line of Business to fill orders and enters them into the appropriate system(s). This individual may engage in limited pieces of the day-to-day interactions with the MSP/Client, Field and NASA team with respect to order production activities via email or phone.
One to three years of administrative support, customer service & data entry experience required. Staffing industry experience preferred. Proven track record in order fulfillment speed and accuracy.
Order receipt activities, including receiving communications from clients / VMS, ensuring completeness, accuracy and timely order entry in the various systems. Determines the appropriate business line and delivers the order quickly to the appropriate Office. Ensures order detail integrity. Matches client job to ManpowerGroup job descriptions, and ensures client needs are properly documented in department records. Monitors activity on client 3rd party tools, phones or email. Enters orders into the appropriate application and assigns to the appropriate field office(s) for the most expeditious fill possible.
Assists with internal and interdepartmental projects as needed, and participates in miscellaneous department projects/activities as required
Handles minor order-related issues and escalates serious issues to the management.
