Overview:

Cardzone is a company that provides a service to consumers that have unwanted Gift Cards. The service includes redeeming consumers' Gift Cards and offering a payout of cash for their Gift Card.

Our Card Zone-Cash for Gift Cards Kiosk as an immediate openings for a Customer Service Associates at the Westfield Culver City Mall ( 6000 Sepulveda Blvd, Culver City, CA 90230 )

15-20 hours a week

(shifts are 930-330/330-close)

Job Overview
• Responsible for assisting customers in a retail (Kiosk) location and driving sales of company services
• Assesses customers' needs and educates them by helping them understand the benefit of these services,
• Delivers a superior experience to customers every day
• Communicates advantages to consumers.



Responsibilities:


•Interfaces with customers, advises customers, and answers questions relating to products, services and all other issues and concerns

• Demonstrates strong understanding of company products and services

• Effectively communicates and demonstrates a high level of comfort selling company products and services. (Flyering, Marketing)

• Informs customers of products and pricing models, as well as competitive advantages

• Meets and exceeds sales goals within the guidelines established by Lead and District Manager

• Reports on the number of daily sales and other metrics as required.

• Participates in required sales programs and company initiatives

• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance

• Evaluates customers' potential needs and makes appropriate recommendations

• Adhere to Loss Prevention control and compliance procedures

• Able to interact with public

• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

•High School or Equivalent

• 1-2 years related experience in a retail or customer service environment

• Ability to handle large quantities of cash with confidence and accuracy

• Outgoing personality and able to interact with all types of customers/public

• Good problem solver and ability to communicate clearly and concisely

• Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities and quickly learning new procedures

• Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and is available as necessary
