Field Service Tech - Entry Level - Full-time / Part-time

A Midwest specialist in portable heating, ventilation and air conditioning is hiring a Field Service Technician for their dynamic team in Troy, Michigan. This is a full time, contract to hire opportunity with a company that truly values their employees. The ideal candidate must have good mechanical or electrical trade skills and a strong work ethic. This person will be working inside the shop to help clean, repair, maintain and PM equipment, as well as deliver equipment to customers.



JOB REQUIREMENTS


REQUIREMENTS:
No previous HVAC experience necessary!
Excellent mechanical aptitude, quick learning ability and a go-getter attitude.
Be presentable with good communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to lift heavy equipment and cords weighing up to 50lbs.
Valid driver's license with a good driving record (local travel).
Pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
High school diploma and or GED equivalent; technical certification is a plus.


PAY, SHIFT & BENEFITS:
$13.00-15.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Day shift, Monday through Friday. Overtime is available.
