About this job

This position provides technical customer service to customers. You will be responsible for providing customer support and technical issue resolution via email, phone and chat. You will work with confidential customer information, problem solve and have the ability to help customers resolve issues on first contact. Accurately log all customer interactions in trouble ticket system and perform other related duties. They will have 4 common calls, 1.) Technical Call - Choppy or slow 2.) Sign in troubles 3.) Troubleshooting 4.) Schedule and availabitlity. Most of the calls are not going to be that technical at all.

Must Haves:
* 1+ years of Technical Customer Service Experience
* 6+ months of and Web Experience
* Excellent data entry skills (Must give Konexa Test)
* 1+ years of Professional Microsoft Excel experience
