JOB DESCRIPTION

We're currently seeking a Clerk Level II for a contract opportunity in Lynchburg, Virginia with our partner, a leading financial services provider with an expanding global presence. Qualifications:

Perform outbound phone calls or write e-mails/correspondence to obtain medical records to complete the contract issue process, and meet or exceed business service level agreements

• Prior customer service experience desirable; experience in collections preferred •Effectively respond to incoming inquiries (phone, e-mail, or written correspondence) in both a timely and professional manner for a variety of internal and external customers

•Resolve complex customer problems, which require analytical skills, and the ability to proactively offer alternative solutions

•Build positive relationships with team members, while working in a fast paced highly flexible environment

•Ability to strictly adhere to Attendance Guidelines

Responsibilities:
PC/Technical skills - Excellent telephone communication skills

•Ability to demonstrate strong verbal business communication / ability to respond appropriately using suggested scripted responses

• Results Oriented - Proven ability to set and meet aggressive goals

•Excellent Communication Skills - verbal, written, interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation • Ability to navigate the Internet and experience in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint

•Proven time management, prioritization and organizational skills

•Ability and willingness to learn

•Desire and ability to work in a team environment
