We are looking for a Senior Executive Assistance to support the President of the RMS Automotive team. In this role, the Key Responsibilities are to:

• Provide administrative support to the President of RMS in a confidential manner

• Responsible for supporting leadership, the overall business and the daily management of the office

• Provide administrative support to direct reports of the President

• Communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the Cox organization

• Liaison to facilities for move and ongoing work environment needs

• Engage in New hire onboarding

• Calendar management

• Make Travel reservations and logistics

• Provide Phone & guest reception

• Assist with Company expense reimbursements

• Provide Onsite and offsite meeting and event scheduling

• Supply purchasing and procurement card reconciliation

• Support Ad-hoc projects

Qualifications

The qualified candidate will have the above experience and the meet the below requirements:

• HS Diploma/ GED equivalent is required; Bachelor’s Degree and/or relevant certifications is preferred

• Minimum 5 years administrative experience required

• Demonstrated, highly proficient skill level in the following technology:

o Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required

o Visio experience preparing Organizational Charts required

o General office equipment

o Internet

• Proven experience and demonstrated ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality is required.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.

• Exceptional detail orientation and organizational skills required

• Demonstrated proficient communication skills (written, verbal and presentation)

• Proven ability to prioritize and work independently while collaborating and partnering with a cross-functional group

• Professional appearance and telephone manner essential

• HS Diploma/ GED equivalent is required; Bachelor’s Degree and/or relevant certifications is preferred
