Job Description                  
 
Job Title: Marketing Representative          Supervisor: Franchise Owner or Manager
Compensation: Salary/Performance based Commissions End of year Bonus based on performance, longevity, effectiveness, mileage.  
 
Primary Responsibilities: The primary responsibilities of this position are to effectively and successfully generate consumer awareness and stimulate service inquiries for the local Home Instead Senior Care office:
 
1.  Research and identify sources for client referrals.
Visit, revisit, inform and educate a minimum of 40-60 network referral sources on a weekly schedule, (5) New Referral sources per week, (2) networking or group presentation meetings each month with daily and weekly oral and/or written progress reports.
 
 
  1. Implementation of our detailed Marketing Programs and Plans
  2. Effectively employ the consumer brochure, treat boxes, gift certificates, awards, marketing materials, promotions and educating network referral sources.
c. Employ our telephone introduction and formal presentations to network referral resources.
 
3.  Execute our Business Plan and Marketing plan that includes both networking and promotional events.
 
4.  Acknowledge all network referral sources contacts with appropriate correspondence.
 
5.  Aggressively pursue New, additional network referral sources among current contacts, clients and CAREGiverssm.
 
6.  Meet with and provide Franchise Owner with written daily & weekly networking activities/progress and results reports. 
 
7. Produce revenue goals in business for each month with required number of contact impressions and new revenues.
 
8. Handle Service Inquiries, conduct Service Calls.  Mail email or fax literature and brochures when live appointment is not possible.
 
9. Input data to BOSS Software Program & prepare hard copy files on all new clients.
 
, including assisting with hiring, recruitment or scheduling as or if needed.
 
11. Perform On-Call for one week on rotation with entire staff; Initially supported by seasoned Staff  member on back up support.
 
12. Any other assignment or responsibility requested.
