Missouri MENTOR is seeking a PT (30+ hours) Office Manager to provide administrative support to a department an/or manager, including answering telephones, handling correspondence and scheduling meetings, as well as project based work. This position may also greet visitors and route telephone calls to appropriate staff and/or provide data entry support.

Qualifications

Requirements:

Position will be located in Columbia, MO with travel to Hallsville, MO for administrative support. Looking for someone who can work a minimum of 30 hours per week, position may eventually become a FT position.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of related experience
