Essential job duties
-Clean auditoriums, concession area, arcades and restrooms - pick up trash, sweep, mop, wipe counters, tables, walls and rails - in fast-paced manner
-Greet guests with eye contact, friendly smile and audible, personable voice
-Check and tear tickets to allow admission
-Serve guests at concession, handling food with good personal hygiene procedures
-Accurately, honestly and quickly receive cash payment and make change to concession and box office guests. Record all sales per policies.
-Stock, check and restock all condiment and concession stations
-Professionally answer phones with service oriented voice
-Greet large groups of guests with positive approach
Required qualifications (Job-related behavioral competencies, character and personality traits needed to be successful in this position)
-Must be at least 16 years old, have outgoing, friendly guest service orientation and be able to:
*Lift 30 - 40 pounds
*Repeatedly bend, stoop and climb stairs
*Stand/walk for up to 6 hours at a time
*Work all holidays and some nights and weekends
-Must have disciplined work ethic, reliable attendance, high integrity and honesty
-Must learn quickly, have strong ability to follow direction and willingness to cooperate as part of a team
-May have no visible tattoos and no visible body piercings with the exception of moderate ear piercings
-Prior work experience helpful but not required
