We are currently hiring full-time and part-time scoopers for our Short Pump and West End stores. Weekend availability may be required.

As a scooper, you will be an ambassador for our ice cream and the Gelati Celesti brand. Scoopers are excited and enthusiastic when they serve our ice cream. They smile. They have fun. And they work hard. Our scoopers know they’re on stage, acting as party hosts and welcoming our customers into our store as if they were guests in our home, all while providing some of the best customer service in all of Richmond. Scoopers are motivated self-starters, who are able to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced, high volume environment. You’ll have to know how to think on your feet, serve EVERY customer in line with a smile, and sometimes gracefully let a customer know if we’re out of their favorite flavor. There's a ton of flexibility in scheduling so our Scoopers can work around school, activities, and their social life. If you want to make 200 new friends a day, this job is for you!

We are currently hiring full-time and part-time shift leaders for our Short Pump and West End stores. Weekend availability may be required.

As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for leading the store operations when the Assistant Manager or General Manager are not present. We'll expect you to lead by example with a positive attitude and good-old-fashioned hard work, focusing on ensuring optimum product quality, strong team leadership, and supreme customer service. We're looking for people who possess a natural ability to connect with people, enthusiastically guiding their teams to give a moment of joy to each and every customer, and who create an upbeat, friendly, and sincerely caring environment for customers. Full and part time positions available.​
