Morning Crew - Full-time / Part-time

Jaton Management Company, LLC is an established franchise network consisting of 17 Dunkin' Donuts locations. Our team has operated restaurants throughout Massachusetts since 1989. The key to our success has been our team; we pride ourselves on team building, working hard to promote from within and do our best to give our people an opportunity to grow with us. Most of our management team has grown with us, and many of the people who began working with us are now Shift Leaders, Restaurant Managers, and Multi-Unit Managers. In fact, all of our current Multi-Unit Managers began as crew members working with our company.

Currently, we are looking to add more dedicated people to our team as we continue to grow and develop as a network. We are seeking strong self-motivated leaders to play a vital role in our store's day to day operation and our guest's overall experience visiting our restaurants.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a fast food establishment or QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) preferred but not required. Training is available.
• A positive, energetic and enthusiastic demeanor.
