The Store Manager's main responsibility is to provide leadership in all aspects of the store and help maintain a team environment. You will also be responsible for increasing sales, providing excellent customer service, maintaining staff and product levels on the inventory.
Job Requirments
* 2-3 years prior management experience
* A hands on team player and a good developer of talent
* Availability for a minimum of 45 flexible hours per week
* Ensure that all company policies and procedures are followed
* Dynamic leadership and communication skills
* Exceptional organizational skills, detail oriented and creative
problem solver
* Basic computer skills
* Assist in hiring and training of staff
* Friendly, outgoing and customer focused
* Able to work all shifts
