Independently owned franchise with office locations in Malden, Salem, Lowell, and Taunton is looking for a marketing/sales person to lead our client acquisition efforts. This position will begin immediately. This individual will be responsible for all four office locations, therefore reliable transportation is necessary.
We are looking for an energetic and outgoing individual that has a sales and marketing oriented mindset. We are looking for someone to visit local businesses, build our brand, and help us acquire new clients. This person must be comfortable introducing and selling our services on a daily basis as well as developing a marketing plan to increase business.
The two owners of this business are very entrepreneurial and want to hire someone that is looking to help them grow the business, not only this tax season but into the future. If the person we hire helps us meet our revenue targets this tax season, we want to expand our operations and purchase additional locations in future years. Our hope is that the person we hire will want to grow and expand with us, not just from a career perspective, but also financially.
