The General Manager will be responsible for managing multiple projects and deadlines across different programs as part of the Risk Adjustment Retrieval Operation. This person will manage various teams to deliver on client expectations and program requirements. The General Manager may be assigned overall production management for specific programs, initiatives, specific vendors or internal partners.



Other responsiblities include:



-Demonstrate a firm understanding of the program requirements and operating procedures.


-Provide support for both short and long term operational/business strategies.


-Work collaboratively with business and function owners on solutions and progress tracking.


 


OFFICE FOR THIS POSITION WILL BE IN FRANKLIN, TN

Requirements

-Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Bachelor's degree preferred.


-3-4 years of management experience preferred.


-Medical coding experience preferred.


-2+ years of experience manage daily operations of multiple levels of staff and multiple functions/departments across one or more business units in a large organization.


-Ability to produce within a fast paced, matrixed organization with limited direction.


-Demonstrated ability in leading and delivering high quality  and client communication.


-Intermediate level of proficiency with PC based software programs and automated database management systems required (Excel, Access, PowerPoint).


-Excellent  communication, time/project management, problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills required.
