Requirements:
- 1 year of manufacturing, assembly, quality, or machine operating experience.
- Comfortable on a computer
- Attention to detail and legible writing.
Job Description:
The QC Line Technician will work on the packaging line. They will perform quality checks and a variety of tests to evaluate the product.
- They will perform packaging duties.
- Document Quality inspections and tests on in-process and finished goods
- Monitor processes to insure compliance with the quality system.
- Enforce GMP and other quality policies.
- Perform analysis such as pH balance, vacuum test, etc.
- Ensure identification and traceability of material on the product line.
- Responsible for quality paperwork on the line.
Work Enviroment:
OTC (Over the counter) Pharmaceutical Manufacturing facility, the QC line Technician will spend 90% of their time on the production floor.
Performance Expectations:
Must be able to be the voice of reason for the production line, stop production if there is an issue and find solution working with the manufacturing employees.
