Manage projects that meet or beat the Project Schedules and gross margin targets
Build projects that are award winning caliber; have an eye for quality
Mange projects that fulfill the zero defect requirement
Create positive morale and team chemistry
Have a solid & capable understanding of building means and methods
Complete projects that gain client referrals resulting in repeat project opportunities
Ensure project completion through developing project schedules
Work with project team to manage material deliveries and the management of material onsite
Communicate sequence and schedule updates to all subcontractors and vendors
Preparation of daily construction reports
Maintain and update construction drawings, RFIs, daily reports, submittals, project specifications, subcontract drawings, shop drawings, etc. for field operations and to prepare final "as builts"
Coordinate, and review all on site work to be sure it is accurate within the Construction Document
Review and coordinate contract drawings, specifications, submittals and shop drawings to ensure proper installation
Coordinate layout in accordance with all project requirements
Maintain a safe job site with zero incidents
