Volunteer Coordinator - Full-time / Part-time

Aerotek is seeking Volunteer Coordinators for a non-profit client in the (West) Knoxville, TN area for our Knoxville location.

POSITION DETAILS:

This position is a standard Monday - Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm.

Pay Rate: Please contact recruiters directly with questions concerning duration and pay rate.

Duration: This is currently a contract position. After the agreed upon contract duration, candidates may be offered the opportunity to go permanent with the company pending good performance and team contribution for the predetermined contract period, at which point the employee would be eligible for the company's packages.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

NOTE: This position makes outbound calls, which are directed by a script. Proper training will be provided as well.

Hired Candidates would be doing the following on a daily basis:

• Placing out-bound calls -Following a script for coordinating potential volunteers and raising awareness for the non-profit's cause.
• Following an SOP script and instructions per situational variables.
• Recording process and information of calls
• Filling out appropriate documentation
• Meet goals for the organization and promote the mission of the non-profit organization
