Maintenance Mechanic - Diesel - Bilingual - Full-time / Part-time

The job of the Maintenance Mechanic is to ensure the safe mechanical operation of the Farm equipment fleet and Farm facilities in order to meet full compliance with state and federal rules, regulations, and guidelines as they apply to farm equipment operation, maintenance, and other related requirements. To monitor the status and condition of the Farms fleet of tractors, implements, wells and other motorized equipment. To schedule repairs so as to ensure the performance of those functions in an efficient, safe, and timely manner. Skill, Knowledge, and/or Abilities Required: * Repair activities are priority projects; fabrication projects * Skill to repair and maintain tractors, implements and other equipment; care for and maintain shop equipment; maintain inventory control. * Knowledge of operation, theory and principals of diesel powered engines. * Bi - lingual - English/Spanish Required
