Job description:
With references to the Administrative Assistant position this person will perform duties to varied and diverse to be classified in any specific office clerical occupation, requiring knowledge of office systems and procedures. Position responsibilities include a combination of answering telephone, process client virtual payments, perform account payable and receivables tasks, produce and distribute weekly receivable reports, support department managers, as needed, review all travel expenses and receipts before reimbursements, order office supplies, interface tasks with external CPA accounting agency and other vendors, and assist with general office operations requirements (i.e., cell and telephone system, computers, Fiber Optics, alarm system, etc.) in accordance with daily operation of the company. The job will also require interaction with our office in Denmark for training utilizing Software and other related tools reflective of daily work requirements. Software tools for the sales and warehouse management is based and operated on the platform established in Denmark. Hence one or more trips to Denmark for training and education must be considered in the start.

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
* Assist with administrative tasks, and support responsibilities and tasks among office staff and general operation.
* Assist with coordination of sales staff airfare, car rental and hotel reservations, as need
* Assist in organizing orientation and training of new employees in Dynamics and other operational tasks in accordance with company policies and procedures set forth by ASG Management.
* Assist in coordination and implementation general business, financial and departmental filing systems
* Ensure filing systems are maintained and current
* Assist Managers in establishing procedures for record keeping and monitoring of client information
* Ensure security and confidentiality of business data and client information
* Assist with development and implement office policies and procedures as needed
* Maintain up to date task report of tasks and responsibilities
* Review all office supply acquisitions prior to purchases
* Assist with maintaining a safe and secure working environment
* Must be able to travel internationally and domestically for company training plus trade shows and events, if needed
* Must be dependable M-F to work in fast pass environment multi task position.

Qualifications
* Communication - communicates clearly and concisely verbal and written English.
* Computer skills - demonstrates proficiency with PC Microsoft Office applications with high level knowledge and experience of EXCEL and WORD and strong use of PowerPoint and Outlook, a must
* Documented work skills with Enterprise Resource Planning systems (ERP).
* Strong proven experience and skills within back office administration.

Education
* Usually at least 5 years' experience providing support to accounting department and/or as administrative assistant with related experience.
* Bachelor's degree an advantage.
