Temporary Administrative Assistant

Job Type: Temporary
Pay Rate: Up to $16 per hour DOE
Location: Alparetta

This person will be working with sales team leadership to conduct an analysis of sales cycle progress and outcomes for the year. The project is expected to take 8 to 10 days to complete and is important to understanding what still needs to take place for the team to meet its annual objectives.

Responsibilities:

- Survey 400 to 500 flagged accounts on corporate share drive to determine what sales documents have been sent out this year and record dates and status
- Enter data into Saleforce.com CRM system

Requirements:

- Prior experience in an administrative office position that required some basis look up and data entry skills
- Must be detail oriented and self motivated
- Must be proficient using web-based CRM systems
- Must know how to access files on a corporate share drive
- Know when to ask questions
- Good communicator
- Must be willing to submit to thorough background check and drug screen
