About this job
Currently seeking a candidate to work on a 6 month contract basis. As this company creates new products, they create online modules for their vendors to review on the products.
This candidate will help support the manager that oversees this process. They will be fielding calls from customers trying to register for the online training. They will then get their information into the system(Salesforce). They will also update and follow along within the training calender. Eventually they will be running reports from Salesforce and Oracle LMS.
Must Have:
2+ years Customer Service
2+ years Administrative Experience
Oracle (preferred)
Salesforce (preferred)
