Job Details:
Develop new business opportunities and making all outbound calls.
There will be some warm leads but it will be mostly cold calling.
Utilizing CRM and/or tools provided, maintain accurate recording of customer interactions, revenue opportunities and follow-up planning.
Will probably be supporting a branch that's not local to Florida, so they must have the people skills to build relationships over the phone with other offices as well as potential customers.
Business Casual environment. Laid back and competitive, but high production is expected. Feedback rich environment. Energy and positivty is expected
Minimum 50+ outbound calls per day.
Monday - Friday 8 to 5pm.
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent. Some College preferred.
Minimum of 1-year inside sales experience required
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Outlook, Excel and Word.
Strong phones skills, with high outbound call volume.
Candidates must love phone sales and want to grow with the company. They must be comfortable with feedback and fitting into that type of environment. Must be direct and able to speak to business customers.
