Manpower is currently recruiting for a Call Center Rep (Inbound) position for one of our clients in Memphis, TN!
Job Responsibilities:
*Receives calls to request mitigation services for insurance company policyholders.
*Must handle in a timely and accurate manner.
*Creates a franchise assignment through the RESPOND 2.0 software.
*Dispatches the mitigation service request to a franchise.
*Answers inbound insurance mitigation service request calls with a warm and courteous greeting.
*Handles calls that may require a deviation from routine procedures.
*Performs outbound calls to franchise locations, insurance companies and insurance policyholders
*Resolves customer service concerns through the use of good listening skills, probing questions and paraphrasing to check for understanding.
*Occasionally seeks assistance to troubleshoot customer concerns.
*Must be flexible and able to learn, retain and apply a large amount of job knowledge that pertains to specific insurance accounts and procedures.
*Uses software applications of RESPOND 2.0, LIVE, Xactware, Symbility to capture insurance mitigation service request information.
*Identify opportunities and present additional services to customers based on customer needs.
*Maintain Cisco scripting pages.
*Provides resolution for disputed franchise lead fees through investigative outbound calls.
