GMR Marketing, the nation's leader in promotional marketing, is looking for a Senior Brand Ambassador for our tobacco nightlife program. This is a part time position that requires a very flexible schedule. Candidates must be available to work 3-4 evenings a week along with some day time hours for administrative duties.


Position Duties/Responsibilities:
* The primary duty of the Senior Brand Ambassador (SBA) is to lead a team of Brand Ambassadors (BA) on assigned program nights. The SBA and BAs execute consumer interactions for scheduled Program Nights in locally signed venues (bars, pubs, and clubs).

* While at a signed venue, the SBA and BAs will be building brand awareness to gain exposure and trial at promotional program nights.

* Throughout the duration of the Program Night, the SBA is responsible for managing the promotion, supervising BAs, and is always conscious of upholding the MSA and legal standards. The SBA is always present as the primary venue contact and the program's logistical troubleshooter.

* The SBA will also be responsible for managing and evaluating the growth of their team of BAs. This will include the ability to evaluate, coach and assist in developing performance plans for each BA as well as successfully running and cultivating their market and team's growth potential.

* The position also requires the SBA to regularly attend program trainings to keep up to date on current and relevant promotions and information related to their position.

* The SBA will perform administrative duties including recapping the results of executed program nights.

* This position requires some travel.

The SBA will also complete other duties as assigned by the Market Nightlife Manager and GMR Corporate staff.

* Adaptability. Ability to adapt or evolve with changing or shifting priorities while still meeting or exceeding expected goals

All Nightlife Senior Brand Ambassadors must meet the following requirements:
* Be at least 21 years of age
* Be able to submit to and pass a criminal background check and drug screen
* Have reliable transportation and the ability to provide proof of auto insurance
* Wear appropriate uniform when required
* Attend all mandatory Brand Ambassador trainings
* Comprehensive knowledge of computers with average to above average skills in programs like Windows, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Email
* Strong Communication, interpersonal, and organization skills are essential, as well as the ability to prioritize and multi-task

Educational and Work Experience Requirements:
* High school diploma or GED
* One year work experience
