We are currently hiring Reservations Specialists for our North American Reservations Office located in North Charleston, South Carolina.
Reservations Specialists are experts at providing travel advice, reservations solutions and partner offers in a contact center environment. A critical customer touch point for delivering on our IHG brand experience in a culturally diverse environment. A brand champion, taking pride in using every customer interaction to educate on our brands and products. Empowered to make creative decisions using tools and market insight that will deliver on the unique travel needs of our guests, to drive revenue for our hotel partners and customer brand loyalty. Passionate for learning and developing themselves to be the best in an ever-evolving role.

We are looking for people with strong customer service and sales skills along with excellent communication skills. Must be able to effectively navigate web pages and be active listeners with the ability to problem solve. Strong candidates will have the ability to demonstrate empathy, the ability to customize generic information, and capture guest data with accuracy.
