- Data entry of assessments into the database
- Maintain a spreadsheet that details every assessment received
- Fax and store member health records
- Act as the liaison between the nurses and delegated entities
- Assist with transportation arrangements for members
- Assist with scheduling primary care physician appointments for members
- Assist with pharmacy and home health care issues.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Ability to create, edit, save and send documents utilizing Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to navigate a PC to open applications, send emails and conduct data entry.
- Working knowledge of Medical Terminology.
- Customer Service experience
- Experience working within the Healthcare Industry.
- Experience working with Healthcare Insurance.
- Experience working with ICD-9 and CPT Codes.
- Experience working in a Call Center environment.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
