Responsibilities
- Support Mid Atlantic sales initiatives for MSSC, Consumer, Business and Alternate Channels with metrics, data analysis, accountability, and processes to drive consistency, identify gaps and implement action plans
- Ensure area/region priorities are considered in National initiatives
- Assign sales targets for initiatives, incentives and compensation
- Execute channel strategy and develop implementation road map
- Be accountable for expense control in Mid Atlantic and implement strategies to drive down costs and write downs
- Develop and manage action plans for Mid-Atlantic to generate revenue, NATB and support churn and cancel reductions
- Ensure VZ initiatives and process changes are efficiently communicated and adopted by Call Center personnel
- Experience in sales in business and/or Consumer Channels
Qualifications
- 2 years of management and operations experience
- Prior staff/field experience
- Proven project management experience
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities
- Excellent organization skills and ability to manage multiple and changing priorities
- Creative problem solver with ability to work effectively in a hyper-changing environment
- Strong leadership and proven ability to drive results and positively influence change
- Proven ability to communicate fluently through verbal & written forms
- Ability to effectively present information to senior leadership team
- Assess facts and make decisions associated with logical conclusion
- Good team building and negotiation skills
