Our "FLOAT" Direct Support Professional (DSP) position is an excellent way to start in our company with a myriad of career options to move up and across the organization. We have many success stories from people at all levels that started out in the DSP role.

The "FLOAT" position is full-time, guaranteed 30 hours per week (whether you work 30 hours or not!) and will be cross-trained in multiple programs. The "FLOAT" employee is paid at a higher-wage to be flexible to take on shifts as they come.
