Provides Technical, demo and training support for all PBE stores in a designated territory.Develops new prospects and interacts with existing customers to increase sales of products and/or services. Responsible for increasing awareness of automotive and industial refinish products and acquiring new customers within the territory. Provides information to customers regarding available automotive finishes programs, assisting store managers and CSMs with customer complaints and problems, verifying and maintaining customer inventory levels, and setting up training clinics. Provides technical assistance to customers and store teamates including but not limited to, product training,product demonstrations,color match,product application,on-site paticipation in all competitive paint conversions, shop productivity.
Provides hands on technical assistance to customers to promote the sale of PBE products. Also trouble shoots problem areas with all PBE products.

Provides information to customers regarding PBE products and programs.
Develops ways to increase sales with current customers by listening to and meeting current customer’s needs.
Completes and submits weekly call reports as well as spreadsheets or other forms as needed.
Communicates effectively with store teammates to improve customer service levels.
Provides assistance to store manager regarding customer complaints or problems.
Researches the competition's strengths and weaknesses and uses the information to improve the company's sales and service.

Schedule and conduct training in service area for customers and CARQUEST Teammates.
Participates in acquisitions, changeovers and other company functions inside and outside of assigned territory as is necessary.
Work with vendor representatives in assigned territory to promote products and services offered by CARQUEST and vendor.

Required Skills
Hands-on technical experience in the collision industry.

Extensive technical knowledge of collision industry.
Requires hands-on experience with automotive refinish prepping, painting and finishing processes.
Must be motivated individual, with good negotiation and persuasion skills.
Requires demonstrated sales, organizational, communication and time management skills.
Must be able to effectively use a computer to manage spreadsheets, word processing and email.

Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driving license and a good driving record.
Bilingual language skills may be preferred in some areas.
