About this job
* Educate, inform, and assist patients and providers with emphasis on customer service to navigate through the reimbursement process.
* Contact medical insurance companies to complete benefit investigations for ophthalmology and biooncology products.
* Identify and facilitate referrals to alternative coverage options and financial assistance programs for patients who are under insured or requires copay assistance.
* Manage and prioritize daily tasks in order to meet compliance and team goals.
* Analyze and research payer trends and specific medical policies.
* Navigate through Salesforce CRM application to input confidential patient's information for our clients.
* Coordinate and follow up with specialty pharmacies to assure timely delivery of medication to patients.
