Aerotek Professional Services is currently seeking individuals with an accounting background for an open ended contract to hire opportunity in the Minneapolis area. This individual will primarily be working with Accounts Receivables.
Duties:
* Post and apply daily cash receipts - Payments received at the repair centers and by EFT are batched and posted daily to accounting system and applied to correspoinding repair invoices.
* Post Daily sales - All close repair invoices are posted from repair center operation system into accounting system daily.
* Process sales adjustments and refund requests - Process approved accounts receivable adjustments and refund requests as received.
* Review repair center AR agings, process transfers and small balance write offs
Requirements:
* 2+ years of A/R experience
* 2+ years of posting payment experience
* 2+ years of Professional Microsoft Office experience
