Maintenance Mechanic

We are currently hiring for a Maintenance Mechanic in the Lincoln, IL area.

Job Description:

-The maintenance mechanic is responsible for installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on all machines and equipment, involving mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic pneumatic work.
-repair work on conveyors
-Running conduit and wiring
-troubleshooting integration equipment is a large part
-Maintain accurate repair and maintenance records.
-Components include gear boxes, motors 3-phase 480V (1/4 to 3 hp), valves, pumps, conveyors, chains, drives, fuses, sensors, etc)

Qualifications:

- At least 5 years experience as a maintenance mechanic in a manufacturing environment, with a former maintenance apprenticeship or associates degree REQUIRED
-Experience with hydraulic and pnuematic systems and components(gear boxes, motors, valves, pumps, conveyors, chains, drives, etc
-Previous experience with work order systems such as CMMS
- Understanding of alarm systems
- Experience in layout, installation, alteration, maintenance, and repair of electrical and communication wiring Blueprint reading

Shift:

1st Shift training then must be flexible with shift preference.

Pay:

$21.00-24.00/hr
