About this job
Our client is a nationwide provider of natural and manufactured stone products. They are looking for a part-time, work-from-home recuiter to support their northern Virginia operations.
The main office is based in Ashburn but they will mostly be working remotely. Part Time Recruiter will work 20 hours a week supporting hiring for 8 locations for blue collar/skilled trades positions. Client utilizes an applicant tracking system and will provide phone and laptop.
Recruiter will qualify requirements with managers, post jobs, source through candidates, conduct phone screens, set up interviews with hiring managers and complete back-end HR paperwork once a hire is made. The position will be 70% recruiting and 30% HR/administration.
