Be able to use hand tools and power tools. they will need to pass a ruler test. also need to be able to go in small areas as they are expected to crawl into the tanks to do final finishing and spot welding in the tank, will need to wear a respirator to do the job. with that being said they need to be clean shaven to wear the respirator to do the job.
