Job Description:
Spartan Staffing is seeking a part time office assistant to work for a local cleaning and restoration company,
Pay Rate: $11.00 hour
Shift/hours: 1st shift – Mon – Fri -2:00pm- 6pm!
Job Requirements:
- Must have basic experience in office setting
- Filing documents in proper order
- Making copies and scanning documents
- Data entry
- Answering phones
- Execute small daily tasks as requested
- Scheduling
- Must be organized, know how to prioritize, have good phone skills and pay attention to detail
- Have great people skills – able to work with multiple personalities
- Must have prior experience (not extensive) in office setting
- Must have a high school diploma
Ideal Candidates:
