We are looking for highly motivated individuals in the Charleston area for multiple administrative opportunities we have in the area. Below is the job description. Please apply only if you meet the requirements below.
-Assist customers and other third parties with questions, complaints, requests, tracking and tracing.
-Receive, scan and file documents from the customer, shipper, or agent. Obtain required information when necessary and review for accuracy.
-Classify shipments
-enter in and review documentation (i.e. billing sheets, etc.) into computer system and submit to customs.
-Create new profiles and maintain existing customer database including rates and services sold, delivery information, special instructions for classification and any other requirements pertaining to the individual customer.
