Established chiropractic / medical office has an opening for a Front Desk Assistant / Outreach Coordinator.
The perfect candidate is detail oriented, organized and flexible with working in and outside of the office. This person is able to create events within the community, promoting our AMAZING services and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment! This person loves working with people, remembering them by name, has a genuine interest in the people we serve and has the ability to collect on accounts, keeps patients on care plans, has promo experience, social media, familiar with website maintenance, is extroverted, go-getter is a must!!! You must be passionate about helping people live active healthy lives.
Job Description:
-Bilingual (Spanish/English)
-Answering Phones
-Scheduling Appointments
-Collecting Payments
-Recall and reactivations
-Running community events and promotions
-Establish community marketing opportunities
-Developing and contacting public leads
-Innovative promotional campaigns
Additional responsibilities may include:
-Running grass roots and guerilla marketing
-Expanding on our social marketing and website
-Patient Education
