Job overview
Maintenance Helpers and Utility Engineers work to ensure the general maintenance and repair of IHR properties.
Requirements
- Knowledge of maintenance trades, basic electrical, plumbing, mechanical and carpentry
- Basic mechanical aptitude for operation and repair of hotel equipment and related tools
- Basic English language communication and math skills
- Able to move heavy equipment and work at heights up to 30 feet
- Candidate must enjoy working with people and have good customer service skills.
- Must have a flexible schedule and able to work weekends and holidays.
- Must have previous supervisor hotel experience within Maintenance Departments.
- Must be familiar with pools.
- Must have skills pertaining to the maintenance position.
