CoWorx Staffing is working with a client in Mansfield, MA to fill an opportunity for Inside Sales/Customer Service Rep. In this role you will be responsible for making outbound calls to former customers in order to reestablish a working relationship. You will be working from an Excel spreadsheet that is populated with contacts and there will be some scripted information to work from. The best candidate will have prior outbound sales calling experience.
Job Requirements
- Outbound sales calls experience
- Intermediate Excel skills
- High school diploma, or equivalent experience.
- Must be able to work well with coworkers.
- Must have reliable transportation (not accessible by bus or train)
- Must be willing to submit to a drug and background screen
- Must be able to read and write in English
